Invest with impact

Impact investing helps solve problems and realise opportunities that are too broad or complex for not-for-profits, government, or philanthropy to tackle alone. Learn more about the Specialist Residential Property Impact Fund.

Impact investing

Unlike the more broadly defined term of ethical investing, that can often be applied to investments that merely avoid certain industries, impact investing is about making investments intended to have a definable and measurable social or environmental impact (or outcome).

Building beautiful homes

The objective of the Fund is to deliver a portfolio of architecturally designed and finished residential properties that Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) scheme participants are proud to live in, and that have the same level of appeal in the broader tenancy and resale market.

SDA Scheme

SDA is a sub-set of the NDIS, and through it the federal Government is striving to motivate private investment of circa $5Bn in its bid to see brand new residential properties built for inclusion in the scheme to support the accommodation needs of around 12,000 SDA participants.

Those considering an investment in the Fund should read the Fund’s PDS and associated documents in full to properly understand an investment in the Fund.
